The Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation has been compiling information about monochorionic twin and triplet pregnancies for 9 years, since 1995.

The easiest way to record crucial information on the registry is to fill it out during your patient’s pregnancy. This will enable you to get the medical data that you need in the quickest manner. We would also like the mother’s medical records attached to the registry including information about her treatment for TTTS, the pathology report on the placenta with pictures if possible, and information about each of the babies at birth. This is all explained further on the cover page of the registry.
